I've been watching "Three's Company" a lot. I think it would translate well into an anime. Counting that the animators and story writers don't add anything else to the story or characters.

"The Thunderbirds" as in the puppet cartoon or a different show? If you are talking about the puppets, no. They should stay with the puppets. That gives the show it's charm. That live action movie was bad...

I know someone already said it, but I would love to see Spider-Man done in anime. I think that if they wanted a longer-running story arc, the Venom and Carnage stuff would be so cool to see in anime. If they would take elements of the way Ultimate Spider-Man did the symbiote (it's an experiment for a biological suit that cures cancer but it goes wrong) with the old Spider-Man comics (it latches onto Eddie Brock, then spawns and goes onto Cletus Cassidy, the serial killer, and is not simply a pile of goo going around eating people), then Carnage and Venom could be two of the creepiest anime villains this side of Hellsing.

Also, the Green Goblin/Hobgoblin arcs would be perfect. Between Norman Osbourne power tripping and going insane to Harry seeking vengeance on Peter for killing his father, it has all of the makings of a great anime title. Too bad it'll never happen.

Beowulf as an anime would kick... uh... posterior. Think Ninja Scroll in southern Scandinavia minus the sex... that's how much it would rock.

That was my second idea. I already stole some Fruits Basket characters for the crazy fictional world I created in the middle of my posts *coughTomkyouNerdyTohruLabbyukicough* so Natsuki Takaya may as well "reclaim" my characters and make an anime out of it.

And let me be one of the characters.

And let it solely be voiced in English (a la Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust).

And let Seal be the voice of Yuki.

Failing that, I'd love to see a Hellboy anime.

Personally, I think The Karate Kid movies, except for movie #3 would make a pretty good anime. I mean, perhaps not everyone would like it, I think the story has possiblities. It would be a uplifting video

Also x-men may make a good anime. Not the same characters or anything, but I think that if an anime was made with the basic concept, it would be pretty cool.

Or what about the old cartoon Gargoyles. That may also be pretty good.
