Most of the anime fanatics on this board will most likely NOT want to watch Elfen Lied. For those of you grown up enough to handle it and don't feel like you're sinning by watching it, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. This is my all-time favorite anime, and with good reason. It is a dramatic heartfelt and hauntingly beautiful portrait of a misunderstood girl with two different personalities in a cruel unforgiving world. IMNSHO everyone should see this masterpiece, but that's your choice to make and not mine. If you do choose to watch it, please don't take it as a plotless excuse for gore and fanservice. Please look past that to see the painfully glorious story that's painted on-screen for this series ^_^
