When Should Certain Anime Be Shown?

I was doing a little channel surfing this morning at 9AM and punched up on one of the local cable channels that carries anime on local programing that is not shown on CN or Tech TV, I don't have the digital cable set up so I don't know anime is on there.
Well next thing I am looking at is a attempted rape scene in "Ninja Scroll" where there is female nudity followed by violence and a sex scene.
I know this channel is used for different things including local church services at diiferent times during the day.
I have a felling someone will be calling the Comcast Cable Company about showing this certain anime at that time of the morning when children would be watching Saturday morning childrens programing.
Just the past few weeks they have been showing "Now and Then, Here and There" on this channel.

I can't believe they would show something like that that early!!
We have digital cable, and with all those channels and those darn package deals you can't avoid some adult programming during the day...but that is what's good about the channel blocker!

Simple solution: Get rid of TV. Just buy everything on DVD. Probrably cheaper in the long run anyway insteed of paying for a bunch of crap you don't want to watch.

yeah, ive seen something like that, too. the local public access channel has an anime hour on saturday nights, and i usedto watch that when i was too poor to buy anime, and didnt know of things like kazaa back in the day to get anime. anyways, thats not cool at all that they'd show something like freakin Ninja Scroll in the morning so thats little kids might see that. anime has that rating on the back of the dvd for a reason, thats like airing an uncut R rated movie.

Well I turned on the same channel this Sat morning and there it is again. "Ninja Scroll" I guess they have to have a second showing (I hope) before they change what is being shown. I guess no one complained or a few did and it wasn't enough to stop the showing. When you got cable you pay for what you want or don't want because you will get channels that just are not to many people likeing.

Shoot, I don't even like that Comedy Central sometimes shows the South Park movie uncut at 1AM in the morning. I mean, if I want it I'll rent the movie or pay for HBO, and if someone wants to I don't support censoring it. But jeez...

Well I checked the local access cable channel this morning and no "Ninja Scroll" and no anime what so ever. Some sort of half hour add and then the channel went blank after that. Sometime during the day some program will come on. Tomorrow local church service will be on this channel.
