Ok I just got done watching Grave of the Fireflies last night.............. thinking for the right words.......... still thinking.......... can't think of any. I don't think I've ever seen anything that pure. "Pure" is the only word I can think of regarding this movie. I definitely cried in it, though maybe not as much as I normally would have since it was 1 am when it got over and I was pretty tired. Still, that was...... amazing. One key thing that stood out to me was how many Christlike qualities Seita exemplified. Almost never did you see him concerned only with himself; he always had Setsuko's best interests in mind, much like God has what's best for us in mind. Wow..... all I can say was that I was sincerely blessed and moved by this film.......
