Favorite Anime Mangaka

I just finished going through "Magic Users Club", having discovered someone uploaded the OAV and series to Youtube. This is a 90s series I always wanted to see, but never found and eventually forgot about. I'll have to go looking for it again, now. Old Anime has become a lot easier to find since the last time I searched for it. But I digress.

One of the minor characters is a manga artist. It occurred to me that quite a few Mangaka and Rainobeka (Light Novel authors) have turned up in Anime series over the years. So, what are everyone's favorites?

Mine would probably have to be Excel's eternal target Rikdo Koshi (a cartoon of the actual creator of Excel Saga) whom she is constantly (and one time successfully) trying to kill off. My runner up is Taishi Kuhonbutsu, half of the team 'Brother 2' in Comic Party, who does not appear to actually contribute to the work at all.

How about everyone else? Who's your favorite 'stage-within-the-stage' character? I'll expand the list to all Light Novel, Manga or Anime creator characters within any series.
