Has anyone seen Fate/Stay Night? Is there anything really objectionable in it (like nudity?)

Yes, I've seen it. Very little, if anything really objectionable. There's a bit of fanservice once in a blue moon, but not as much as you'd think. I guess the most objectionable aspects of it are the ruthlessness of the holy grail (a timeless symbol of power) and the less-than-savory priest in charge of the Grail Wars.
