I have seen this it get annoying watching the preview for the full metal alchemist movie when I own it. It's just a mean trick companies use to sell you stuff, I rather have the option of watching the preview then being force to.

It's probably effective, seeing as they keep doing it.

Either way, be more patient I guess. *Shrug*

My sister was able to skip them by pressing the "GoTo" button and selecting scene 1 (just pressing 1 on the remote). This may not work on all DVD players, but it's something to try.
