CAA chat suggestions

okay, we aren't demanding these, they're just suggestions. i have one:

possible warning button thing for like bad content etc like the ones on posts.

No, sorry. I didn't have time to code a chat from scratch, so I just found one that worked and put it in there. I'm not going to modify it. If I get really board and write one from scratch, then maybe I'll put that in but here's the long and short of it:

It's a chat, but CAA rules apply. Be nice. If someone is being a jerk, PM the conv to a mod or admin and we'll deal with it.

You can "private chat" with people by clicking on their name. I recommend this instead of getting into it on forums. But I'm not adding other features to this one.
