heres a new banner I made for the Best Bishoujo Contest. It was a pain to get up (thanks Mave for hosting it) but here it is

It's a nice banner, the only problem is that it's almost 1mb. Which means that if you're on dial up it will take about 3 minutes to load.

yeah ::sigh::. But I would of shrinked it down, then no one would be able to see it

Yeah it is really long. 
But it's cool so that's ok. 
And besides you made it for a temporary contest so it's not like someone is going to have it in their signature for months and months, so it's ok if it's big.
