let me post or see any pictures? At all? Period? None at all?

Well i'm glad you think it's funny jk. It's a Windows XP with 80 gigs and a Pentium 4 processor. A Dell. I know it doesn't have any viruses because my Dad scanned it a couple of days ago.

All it says for file type is Paint Shop Photo Album. It's a picture i scanned. I also can't view any pictures from this site.

I think you have Paint Shop Pro 7...if so, you might have saved it as a .psp file instead of a jpg, png, or gif on accident...

Anyway, you need to use image tags (the icon with the mountain on it) to post an actual picture instead of just the link.

But I know how to write image tags. I don't get why they're being stripped out on this board only. My software does NOT like the pop-ups you get when you use the icons to do image tags.

The [IMG] html tags should still work fine on this board if you don't want to use the insert image button when you post.
I believe this is what you're referring to. I don't know of any other pop-ups on our boards besides the short cut buttons when you post.

Otherwise, if you are using photobucket, it has a link that includes the image tags.
Like so: [IMG] http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k99/goldenspines/Thisisapicture.jpg [/IMG*]

Only with no asterisk on the end, it becomes this:

Thanks---that's how I always insert images, but it STILL doesn't work for some reason. O_o

There must be something I'm not getting right. Can I test an image insert here?

Heehee, this thread is indeed very old, but it looks like you have a very valid question (later on) ^^

Sometimes, if the image isn't one of the image types on here, then sticking them in IMG tag still won't work ^__^

The image shows up for me (very nice, btw) ^__^

It could be a browser thing like Mech (I think it was Mech who said it) ^^

Hey all. I was wondering If there was a general melting-pot of sorts on CAA that contains every members art for viewing. Like an all-encompassing gallery?

Please avoid posting in threads over 3 months old. If you have any questions, you can private message one of the moderators (like me) or the administrator of the site.

That being said, in the past, we did have a gallery on the site, but it was deleted because of inactivity and bandwith hogging. We still have an art section, but it is not very active.
