CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

So well I'm new to the site, so I've decided to post an introduction of myself. I guess a good place to start out with is my name, which for all intensive purposes is Osirilen. It's what I go by online, although it's usually shortened down to Osi or whatever by friends. In general if you see someone online going by this, it's probably me, since to date I've only seen one or two cases where someone else used the name. I'm 20 years old, and I'm a college student at the community college around me.

I have two jobs, one a 'major' one and the other 'minor'. For the minor one I help my mom clean a small church three days a week. I really don't do much there, just vacuum and take out trash, but it helps pay for my car insurance. The 'major' one is a job at Chick-fil-a, which I've been at for well over 3 years now, and I spend way too much time there.

When I actually have some free time I enjoy watching anime and movies (mostly horror, but I like action and comedy and such too), reading manga and other random books, and playing video games. I could do a lot of ranting on these four subjects...but I think I'll save everyone the eye sore and not go in depth.

Now for random info about me, mainly since I'm bored at the moment. I'm a christian and belong to what's considered a Southern Baptist church. Although I'm personally not that big a fan of the whole denominational thing, but that's a personal thing. And well I could add more to this, but I don't think it matters much, so I guess I'll just post it.

Hello Osirilen! Man, holding down two jobs while being in college is tough, I imagine. Im not college yet, but soon to be. That's great that you help your mom clean the church too. I also like FMA, it's great. And yeah, we don't really care about denominations here. I mean that as in we won't really look down upon a certain denomination, so no worries. Because this is CAA, welcome to all christians and maybe some unbelievers curious about it. But what we do care about is you! Okay that sounded a bit halmarkish, but you get my point. So yeah, I hope you have a great time here!

Heyya Osi and welcome to the CAA! Oh, you like horror-flicks. I'm such a wuss I couldn't even sit through The Glass House without wanting to shut my eyes at ominous music (though nothing is in that movie whatsoever that compares to the horror genre in general!)

Ah yeah I do. I'm still not exactly sure how I ended up liking horror moves as I do though lol.

Hmm, The Glass House? I think I saw that movie a few years ago, and from what I remember it wasn't too bad. Gotta love a good psychological thriller.

Hello there! I'm reletively new here also. But i do have a question for you... Do you like RPs?

Ah yes I do like horror movies. When it comes down to it though I'm still not sure how I ended up liking them.....I think it was just how I ended up choosing to rebel against my parents or something ^-^;

::handed Ramune and Pocky:: Ooh very sweet. This reminds me though that me and a friend really need to order some pocky soon...although lucky for me I did just dig up a box or two out of a box in my room randomly. My first thought when I pulled them out was ".....how have I not eaten this yet?"

RP? I'm assuming you mean like on the threads. That's a hard thing to answer really. For the most part I do love to roleplay, but I tend to have a really bad habit of running out of creative steam after joining one.
