It was a pretty good movie
Finally saw it yesterday. It was pretty decent. I was a little disappointed that [spoiler]he didn't stay dead. I mean, he said in the beginning it was a story about his death, but there was so much after it that I don't feel that was an accurate statement.[/spoiler]
I did think that the witch was more fleshed-out than a lot of Disney villians, which was cool, but she failed to defy convention again in [spoiler]that she only cared about the hair. It would have been cool to see that she actually had grown to care for the girl somewhat while taking care of her. I suppose you could take the hazlenut soup thing to be like that, but it wasn't taken far enough to defy the usual convention of 'bad guys are pure evil and only care about power' thing.[/spoiler]
Maximus was hilarious, though.
