That being said, I don't hate the guy, but Mr. Rogers could kick his butt.
Hahahahah! That is kind of true. If you are told not to talk to strangers, then you wouldn't make any friends. I talk to strangers all the time at amusement parks and random places.
When Barney says, "I love you," what kind of love is he talking about? Eros, Philos, Storgae, or Agape?

Well yes, but you have to be careful what you tell little kids. You don't want them accepting candies from pedobears.
And Barney is talking about eros love, which is why he's a creep.

Mr. Rogers is the man, he is also a low-level deity.
Unlike Barney, who stops being cool past a certain age, Mr. Rogers never loses his cool. He never talked down to kids or had to act goofy in order to get their attention.
