The nature of MONK (ey) was irrepressible!

(Monkey magic, monkey magic - sorry couldn't resist)

Monk is certainly an original detective and a very good show but Tintin's still my detective hero!

I LOVE Monk!!!!! I wish I had cable... And time to watch it!
And I'll stop this pretending that I can
Somehow deserve what I already have
I need You to love me

Monk is like a more cheery CSI, and not as gory

I love Monk!

I laugh even harder when he does things that I do! I've got OCD tendencies and it makes me laugh at all the weird quirks. In one of the first seasons he asked at a resteraunt to have all his food on seperate plates. Oh how I wish I could do that!
Maybe our mistakes are what make our fate. Without them, what would shape our lives? Perhaps if we never veered off course, we wouldn't fall in love, or have babies, or be who we are. After all, seasons change. So do cities. People come into your life and people go. But it's comforting to know the ones you love are always in your heart. And if you're very lucky, a plane ride away.

I haven't seen the new Monk yet, but the old one was certainly well written. I love it!

Oh, and I'm a little Monkish.

I really like this show. But maybe I've seen too many episodes, because some of them are starting to seem predictable to me. (That's a problem with mystery. You spend time wishing you could guess "whodunit," and then when you manage to... sometimes you feel disappointed.) ^^'

The new season is really good, Alice. For a while, yeah, they were a little meh, but lately they've been REALLY good. Especially the latest one, with the character-story twist that left me bawling. ; __ ;
