I think that part of the reason why she sang that song is because it's really popular, a song people will recognize at least, and she could sing it well. Other than that, I don't think people realize that they don't have the longest list of songs to choose from. It's quite a process getting a song approved for AI, so they have quite a limited selection. . . it makes a difference. I don't like that song either, but I understand her reason for singing it.

The First Round:

1. BO - GREAT! AWESOME!
2. Carrie - perfect and beautiful
3. Vonzell - this was the worst song of the evening. When they gave her a slow song I cringed. She doesn't have the vocal control to handle "slow."

The Second Round:

1. Bo - ACAPELLO?! My goodness, I had goosebumps. He was breathtaking.
2. Tie between Carrie and Vonzell - This song was much better for Vonzell and Carrie did an Air Supply song. Air Supply? I hate Air Supply. Thus, she is tied with Vonzell here.

The Third Round:

1. Bo - He is so much cuter than Mick Jagger. I almost turned into a giggly teen and jumped at the T.V. screen. <.< >.>;;; *hehe* You all are probably thinking I'm already acting like one.

2. Vonzell - The "New" Donna Summers. She did great on this song and this was my favorite of hers for the night.

3. Carrie - Come on, Shania Twain? No one can do Shania, but Shania. What was Randy thinking? o_0 Give her some Martina McBride, Trisha Yearwood, anyone, Reba - shoot, even an old Loretta Lynn song would have been better.

Anyway I decided that this is the Overall Rating for the evening:

Bo owned the stage tonight. He was flawless. He is the total package.

Carrie has a better voice, but a worse stage presence than Vonzell. However, I voted for her because I want to see a Carrie and Bo Final - the two best voices.

Vonzell - She is so sweet, likeable, someone who is enjoyable to watch and looks comfortable on stage. She has the worse vocal control of the three, however, and I didn't vote for her tonight.

I don't know what will happen tomorrow night. I only hope that the two I voted for are left. But, anything can happen.

They were all fantastic tonight and it was a good show.

The fact is: there are only two in the final - Bo and Carrie. So, let's just talk over that. It's not like any of the other contestants are going to suddenly appear in the Season Finale.

Also, I heard Constantine and his band put out a CD recently. So, if you like him you can definitely buy his CD. At least, that's what I read in the newspaper last week.

In fact, all of them will probably have CD's soon, since this was the best group of singers they've had since the show started. I even think Jessica Sierra had one of the best vocals, but she was gone way at the beginning.

Well, Simon was kind of bugging me. He wants his prediction that Carrie would win to happen so badly, that his comments were strewn just right to make Carrie come out on top. It was obvious Randy and Paula were tossed and thought it was a tie. I know I did.

I could not choose between the two. They were both great.

However, Chibs and I decided, although we earlier decided to split the votes back and forth, to only vote for Bo, because we want to burst Simon's egotistical bubble. XDDDD

Tomorrow night I really don't care who wins, because I like them both. But, it would be nice to have Bo win. I'm still going to buy both their CD's.

Yes- Carrie won. I'm sorry to say I didn't like her as much, even though she does have just as good of a voice as Bo. Her stage presence and personality (or lack thereof) threw me off of her. Her winning song wasn't half as touching as Kelly Clarkson's from season 1 - Kelly made me cry with her, and the song was so appropriate. This one didn't fit as well. Oh well- I'm sure Bo will still be successful, and I'll buy his album when it comes out.
