Postby Kisa » Mon Aug 09, 2004 6:22 pm

YAY! I saw on Amazon that Teen Titans episodes will be released on DVD soon! I love the show and got tired of taping it after the fist 15 eps, so this is great! Who else is excited about this?!

Well, I'm not exciting solely about the DVD (I won't buy it) but I am a fan of Teen Titans. It would be convenient to have all the episodes in one place, so I could view what I haven't seen (which is a bizarre cross between episodes from the first and second seasons).

Though I like Raven, I'll have to go for Robin especially. Primarily because he has no super powers in a world filled with them.

How.. can you not like the theme song?

I mean.. I understand last weeks theme song considering what they did to it.. but the real one is.... cool. Especially in japanese! *procedes to sing*

That was just because of the nature of the show. My son and I both like Teen Titans. I may have to get the DVDs for *ahem* him of course.

Edit: This comes out on September 28th.

No, not really, it's better in Japanese, I agree. However, it sounds too 80s for me. That's my taste though, enjoy it all you like!
My fav char goes to Star because I do dorky things like her too. I once posioned myself with instant macarooni and cheese, so we relate with botching simple recipes. Robin is just too cool.

The theme song is sung by J-Pop idols Puffy Ami Yumi in case you're interested. You can get some sound bytes of the theme and there other music on their site.

My initial favorite was Raven, but Starfire won me over with her entirely too cute personality. She's nothing like her comic book alter ego.

I think the theme song changes after a while. Same song, but I think it's done by male vocalists. I jsut rember that it didn't sound very good.

It's a fun show. Not my favorite, and not the deepest plot around, but I watch it all the time anyway. ^_^
Lately there haven't been any new episodes, so I haven't been watching lately.

I actually do like this show, despite my initial wariness of it. I expected a show that was solely comedy-driven, but in several episodes, there's actually some character development. The animation is good and, while some episodes have corny villains or plot twists, the show is cute overall. My personal favorite characters are Raven and Starfire ^___^.

This is a good American cartoon, especially the later episodes where
Terra betrays the Teen Titans. That was an interesting twist... And it lead to some good fights ^_~
.

Tell me, is it on the third season yet? Did the second season ever have a finale like "The Apprentice?"

I really have yet to see a great deal of this show. Quite unfortunate.
