These might seem a bit strange, as I don't know what all is possible, but here goes.

1) Can you network two computers using different OS's, i.e. Windows and Linux?

2)Can you run two OS's at the same time?

and lastly, what is FTP? I saw it when I was playing around with dos, and then I saw it again on AOL.

Healing hands of God have mercy on our unclean souls
once again. Jesus Christ, Light of the World, burning
bright within our hearts forever. Freedom means love
without condition, without beginning or an end. Here's
my heart, let it be forever Yours, only You can make
every new day seem so new.

Nail pierced hands they run with blood
A splitting brow forced by the thorns
His face is writhing with the pain yet it's comforting to me

1. Yes.
2. You can't have them running at the exact same time, but you can have them both on the same computer and can boot into either one.
3. FTP is file transfer protocol. This allows servers to download or upload files.
