Please Make One Of These Avatars Smaller.

The head shot of Sakura with the purple background and the word "Spirit" on it (you have to scroll down a little bit). My uncle's computer doesn't have the right programs to make it smaller and I don't have a computer. So, can someone please make the avater smaller? I tried that size, but it said it was to big for this site. Like, 23. something. I just want the biggest it can fit here.

I edited the image/thumbnail so it should be good to to I moved it down to 99X99 and the kb is down to 8.9 ^^
