I like the layout, and as he said, it is very organized. ^^ I've only skimmed over the content though, I should review it more thoroughly before I give my opinion.

NIce and organized and the text is easy to read- the backgournd goes well w/ the text choice. Background images really make reading difficult. So yeah, looks good.
