ogg/ogm to avi

I have some anime in ogg format. How could I change them into avi files? (or anything that would work in Windows Movie Maker, and not loose quality.)

I think VirtualDubMod (a modified version of Virtualdub) can open OGM files.

Opening them isn't the thing. I need to convert them.

With vdub, I think you can convert...

EDIT: I just remembered how long this sort of thing can take... Thanks for the info guys. I think I've got it figured out.
