So-dimms

I'm looking for a laptop memory module for someone. It is a 144-pin SO-DIMM. I have two that I found:

The problems is, though, that the look different. But the descriptions say they are the same. Are they?

The one at crucial.com seems to be for a laptop. And that is what you wanted. The first one might have a wrong picture?
