XP Speed tweaks.....

I'm sure a few people here have heard of Black Viper. Anyways, I've been using these tweaks for a while now…. and on my main computer, I notice a small performance boost, but the big change I notice is on my secondary 1.7 GHz machine. Tis' a very nice speed boost.

So, people out there with a sloooow XP system (or any XP user) listen up!

Note: Be careful when doing this, if you don't know what your doing you can really mess up your system. Read the directions and warnings.
