Best hosting service?

[font="Book Antiqua"]What hosting service do you recommend for a decent price? :/ I'm thinking about making my own personal site for my art, comics, fursuiting projects, and characters.. so I was wondering what is the best hosting service where I can have my own domain name for a small amount monthly or yearly.

What do you guys have? Do you recommend it?

I use cologuys.com (yeah, it's the same people that Megatokyo uses, but it's here in Dallas, and I wanted to support a local company.) Very reasonable rates for a smaller volume user.

I almost went with "Godaddy.com" which is pretty reasonable to smaller users as well. I use them for my family email hosting.
