A Silent Rival

Yeah I started work on this site about two weeks ago and just about now am starting to really put my foot down and implement ideas into it. I would like if you guys could give me some insight on maybe what can I do to improve it because I know it's not perfect and what you do like about it.

P.S., check out the multimedia section -- I got a little program I made with Java that's a Blackjack game. I know it's only Blackjack but still it's my first game I've programmed...though I know there is a big bug that can be found in it.
