I Thessalonians 1:1-10

For many centuries the church has been anything but affirming of itâ€™s people. Even within recent history it has been taught that to say anything good about oneâ€™s self was egotistical or to say something good about another might give them â€œa swelled head.â€

Thanks, I needed to read that. I'm pretty good with encouraging other people, but when it comes to myself... ahh, thats a different story haha.
