Secret story ideas

Okay, so, if you have a story idea and are looking for help or suggestions on it but don't want to post it openly (such that everyone can read it and steal the rights to your story), feel free to request help here.
I'm in such a situation myself, so I'm looking for story suggestions. To be more specific, I'm working on an anime/cartoon idea similar to .hack//SIGN in setting, visuals, sound, and mystery but with a completely different story and something morally clean (no swearing, no gore, nothing that would psychologically or spiritually damage in any minor way any typically user on this site).
