I don't think there are any other actual published Christian manga out there besides Serenity. I do know that one of our members here at CAA, Mave, has written a Christian webmanga that is quite good, so you may want to look into that. Other than that, though, I'm not sure. Sorry I wasn't much help! ^_^>>

Radical Dreamer has given you the basic answer. I am rather confident that, as of this post, no other professional Christian manga are available for purchase. However, there are definitely more titles in the works (some of them are rather promising, though I can't say more than that). If you are interested in online comics, you might try the following websites:

Do we have to differentiate between Christian manga or manga drawn by Christians? Because if not, you need to check out Gypsy's Skipping Tomorrows (http://www.hoodiegypsy.com) and be on the lookout for Inkhana's SteelBlood.

Serenity doesn't suck. It's kind of churchy, yes. Well, my little sister likes it at least.

The quality of Serenity is mostly a matter of opinion, and I would urge us not to get into an argument about it and instead part respectfully with our varying opinions.

Personally, I do think the Serenity series is seriously flawed artistically and theologically, but it is definitely getting better. Ultimately, though, it still isn't something I would read for fun (though there is is at a serious disadvantage in the first place).

That is a certainty. Not only has Realbuzz announced six new titles to run in addition to Serenity, Zondervan has declared its intention to create a similar number of series. I obviously reserve judgment on all of them, but my thoughts on the latter ones are mixed. On one hand they are explicitly targeted to children, but on the other they seem to at least have (potentially) non-cheesy premeses. Plus, those appear to be in more ordinary 160-200 page format.
