It's against the rules to trade around fansub links on the boards at all actually, regardless of it being licensed or not.

Awesome webmanga by Hans Tseng, fantastic artwork, interesting story (though it's very similar to Final Fantasy), and clean. Enjoy.

As long as this stays on webmangas from this point, it can stay open. We do not allow links to web copies of licensed manga. Hitokiri, I have edited your post to remove the URLs in question.
