That looks like an opening animation for a series or OVA, and not a music video... Methinks that it may be part of a series...

Anyhow, there is a short sailormoon style (barbiedoll) nudity in that vid, just to make sure people know.

Oh, yeah...I was gonna mention that, but I forgot. No, it's not an opening, the manga "Wish" by CLAMP doesn't have an anime of any kind, last time I checked. I've never read it, all my info comes from that site.
