Yeah it was definately different than there old stuff, but there are a couple songs that sound pretty cool. Like I and Identify and Asthma. I can't say there is a song I hate on it though. All of them have a good beat!

My biggest issue was the forced accent Sonny used...he is not from Jamiaca...its like bad 311 when he gets real into that...but yes Asthma is a great song...I just wish Jason would play like Jason...and not try to copy old Marcos stuff...play like he did with LS.

Yeah that whole jaimaca thing was kinda stupid, I didn't know if it was him at first! lol! Living sacrifice is so awsome, but if Jason played like LS P.O.D wouldn't sound like them at all! And it's kinda there own sound.

Well...a lot of the POD "sound" was Marcos, now that he is gone...perhaps POD should try somthing new. Thats what I was trying to say...Jason trying to kinda mimic Marcos style...just sounds kinda...meh. POD changed drasticly from the Brown Snuff days...to the Fundemental Elements days...I don't think it would anger fans if they got a bit harder....They just don't sound unique at all anymore...thats what makes me sad.

I like their new CD, but I felt Sattelite was more spiritually connected. The new songs could easily be talking about a girlfriend or something. It does sound more like Elements of Southtown, though.

"they went from the christian isle to the mainstream isle"

That might just be because Mainstreme gave them a chance when Christian music wouldent. I don't like or dislike bands due to what side of the board they rest on. Because despite what most people think, the heart of the Christian music industry is black. Cruel greedy and not Christian. If a band finds success in the secular world. Go for it.
