Help me identify songs :3

Well, now that I got soundfonts working, I've taken a renewed interest in my ancient and massive midi archive. However... while I know where 98% of the songs in it come from, there are still some that I have no clue. So, I'm asking for help with these. I'll upload the ones that I'm not sure about in mp3 format, and I'm asking that, if you have any hints, you tell me

Info: I originally downloaded this many years ago cause I heard it was a part of the Perfect Dark soundtrack. Well, it wasn't, but it's a kewl song nonetheless, and I never found where it's from.

Info: An even older midi. I downloaded it because someone said it was the hidden track to Goldeneye's hidden Citadel level. Again, totally wrong. As a matter of fact, according to the track information that exists in the midi, it was composed in 1993 by a person named "K. Goach". However, nobody was able to find out who this "K. Goach" was, and now all these years after the interest started, the interest has died and it seems that nobody found out who the composer was. Very sad, and very strange that such an awesome piece could exist without giving a trail of where to find its maker.
