Anyone like Something Corporate?

I don't know what it is about them, but whenever I listen to them I just can't turn off the CD player! I think that all of their songs are wonderful and full of meaning. (And when I talk about their songs I mean their newest CD 'North'. I haven't gotten any of their older CDs yet.) Anyone else feel the same way, or am I just weird? ^^;

I've only heard one of their songs. It's called 'Hurricane'(don't know what CD it's from), the piano around the end is just beautiful. The entire song is beautiful!

I like what I've heard so far.

I heard the song "Space" and it was really nice sounding, very melodic like Copeland or Mae. I'll look into it.

Andrew...McMahon...is like my hero. I love this band, they're one of my absolute favourites...and I have almost all their CD's. "Hurricane" is probably one of my favourite songs by them...and you're right the piano part at the end is beautiful... It's really easy to play, but so gorgeous to hear. I can also play the song on the guitar...LOL. It's funny...I'll play it on the guitar...and then when the piano part comes...I'll turn around on my piano bench and play the piano part...o.O It's...interesting anyway. But...right...I digress. They're really a great band, and Andrew McMahon is such an ingenious pianist. I wish I could eat his talents...:P

I really advise checking out their stuff from "Leaving Through The Window." They have some absolutely beautiful songs on that album as well.

Ever hear the song "Konstantine"? It's like, nine minutes long, but so worth it. One of the most bittersweet love songs ever. First time I heard it I was weepy for the rest of the night.

YES!
I LOVE THAT SONG! It is my favorite song by them! I was looking all over for the CD, and just ordered their album Songs for Silent Movies (only released in Japan) off of ebay. And today, while I was at the mall, I got the DVD Live from Ventura Theatre with the song played live on it! I get goosebumps listening to it.
