What's your horoscope sign?

Just curious...what are the astrological signs of my fellow members at CAA?

I'm a Capricorn, born December 27 (2 days after Christ's bday XD)...I'm a serious, somber person, which perfectly fits my astrological description.

Maybe if enough people post on this thread I can calculate the percentages of each sign in the CAA population. See what happens when you're really bored during the summer?

I could just look at member profiles to find astrological signs, but I think postings a lot more fun...don't you?

I don't believe in horoscopes, but I do like to look at them because I LUBB personality quizzes!! I don't know why but it's just sOOO mucho fun!! ^_^ I'm a capricorn too! But..I'm not really a serious, sober person...^^; From what people tell me and what I read from the quizzes (they all say the same thing)...I am overly hyper, always happy (scary?), friendly, caring, but very childish and can be very very annoying to some people. What sign would that fit??

i dont believe either.. in my youth group today i was told that in the bible it says not to believe in astrology or something like that i dont remember where exactly it said that but i can find out for you if you like.

I am against horoscope stuff myself. I need not look to the stars for the future, I pray to the One that put those stars there.

Honestly, I don't think we should even touch this question.

I get the impression that you put absolutely no faith in the concept of horoscopes, but there ARE people out there that take this kind of thing seriously, and make serious, life-changing decisions based on horoscopes and astrology. Nothing could be more against the principles we find in Scripture. We ought to make our decisions based on a careful interpretation of the Word of God, and the principles contained therein.

Also, it is clear from scripture that God makes special and unique individuals - to try to describe the general disposition and personality of one of God's creatures based on the day upon which he/she was born is foolish. We as Christians should not shrink from stating the foolishness of such ideas. So, if it is as I say, and you don't put any sort of faith in astrology, then do yourself a favor and don't encourage the concept by asking such questions.

BTW, this is no way an attack on you or your question, I know that it was just a question and nothing more.

Having given it some thought...I must agree with Kevin and close this thread. I think the Bible is quite clear on the issue. And as harmless a question as it is...there really could be quite a nasty fight that could start on a thread such as this.
