D oes anyone here do aquariums for a hobby. like have a tank (salwtater or freshwater) and buy fish and do this for a hobby. Me and my dad does. He has a community tropical fish tank so thiers like 30 + individual fish in there like angelfish, clown loaches, gobies, klibeneisis, gouramis, giant dainios, catfish, , etc.

It's a very spretty and fun tank.

My tank is I have African Cichlids only. These fish are every agressive and would tear apart the fish in my dads tank. They get along togther but occassionally Id get a dead fish. Some od mine are Peacock chiclids, slender cichlid, Regans Julie, Fuelleborn's Chichlid, Chipokae, Lemon Chichlid, Brichardi, etc.

Keeping fish is a great way to unwind and have fun. You can watch them for a long time, watch them swimming around. Might seem boring but it's fun. my dad and I has been in the fish business close to 15 years now.

When I move out an dget some money, Im planning on purchasing a salt water tank and setting that type of thing up.

We've had a red-tailed shark (named Gordon) that's lived for about 12 years now, and we've been waiting for him to die so we can get rid of the aquarium because it's just in the way. (I feel so awful for saying that, but... -_-; )

fish disposal? 0_0 ... And you just called ME mean in another thread mr. anderson

Personally I dont find fish that entertaining so I dont keep any... but then, that might change later on. I mean they seem like they'd be good to relax and watch :) Especially if they have a well-lit, pretty tank!

*thinks of finding nemo
