And here I am again, another sunless Saturday sitting at the computer and getting knocked on my butt by a pixelated girl in a pink jumpsuit with a couple of stars...
The wonders of the modern world...

Right now I'm playing Yie Ar Kung Fu...there's only like two moves and a jump button, but it really makes me mad when I still can't beat it...

Ah, Yie Ar Kung Fu. I managed to get past Oolong exactly *once* in my life (I can't believe I got a Perfect against Chain, and got waxed repeatedly on the next fight).

*sniffs* its saturday and im bored to death...

You poor souls. I took the time to go to London (ON, not England, silly) with my family for my grandmother's birthday to see her, an aunt, and an uncle. My uncle gave me his electric 20-year old guitar that my dad gave to him...and now I'm waiting to go buy an amp and new strings (hoo boy does it need those)

...So I wasn't really bored on Saturday...

*dodges flying objects* Please don't kill me...

My typical Saturday (except during soccer season):

oversleep until 12 or so
mope around the house complaining that there isn't anything to eat
try to find something on TV to watch, and then fail
watch some anime, old or new
get tired from watching 9 straight hours of mecha fight scenes and get online
post some at various message boards, chat with friends, check e-mail
get asked to watch sappy family movies with my parents
either politely turn down parents, or
actually watch the movie and enjoy it
stay up til about midnight, then go to sleep

My Saturday goes like this:
Either sleep to 11 or wake up at 5; go figure
Drag self downstairs and eat cereal and/or poptarts
Go on computer for 3 or 4 hours
Get told I'm gonna turn into a computer by my mom
Get dragged to flower shop/golf store/restaurant by parents
Complain about not being allowed to watch Adult Swim
Set VCR to tape Adult Swim
Play FFX and/or watch anime (at the same time)
Whine about inability to speak Japanese
Grumpily go to bed at 9:30/10:00 (yes, 9:30)
