Does anyone know any good websites for practicing ALL the Kanji (besides YesJapan)? It would really help.

Do you mean kanji or kata? Because practicing ALL the kanji would take quite a while. o.o;

A very good freeware program is KanjiGold, which is done by a guy at the University of Victoria (you'll have to google the program name, it's pretty easy to find). The newer version accepts files from JWP (Japanese Word Processor), so you can also build custom vocabulary drills. JWP is also freeware BTW.
