Heh, you do know a good percentage of the mods here use Mozilla, right, Volt? I didn't click because I didn't think it would work, but the sample you posted above was nice...

OK, now I've seen what it was -supposed- to do...ok...*kicks computer* That works pretty good... That's weird, the way you did the loading bar...took me a sec to catch on...

I liked the opening minus the feathers better, actually.
Not sure what else to say... you certain went pretty far on this, Volt. Thanks.
As for hosting, I'm ambivalent.

I liked sampel 2... It was kind of fall(autumn) feeling, but with feathers instead of leaves..
In nr. 2 you also se the whole feather and some motion instead of the blue bar..
The blue "information note" is in the way for the pic in nr1.

first one is good, the second one is just annoying.

Well, since no internet explorer lives at this address, all I get is a bloody feather (with a roll-over text image on the 1st link).... not sure what else I was supposed to be seeing, but as a general rule if it's not Mozilla friendly I won't be visiting it in the future, just a heads up for you.
What I saw looked nice, but I guess there isn't much to see.

i really liked the first one. i thought it was very original. it's too bad most people can't see it, or will find it annoying. the loading bar was cool!!
as for the second one, i thought the feathers were in the way. i wish there was a script that could decided their opacity but maybe that wouldn't be good for browsers other than IE. i guess all i can suggest is put less feathers. (but i think i'm too late, you've already decided everything! XP) oh well!~

Flash
but that's an expensive option... and don't forget the "skip intro" text tiny at the bottom of the flash window
I say Flash because it's the widest supported plugin (Java might work too).
Sadly both are difficult to actually develop if you don't have the proper software.
The falling feathers sounded interesting.... is it an ActiveX thing?

But will the page work without JavaScript?
Sounds cool.... be interesting to see it run. (You have been testing it with Mozilla, right?
