I'm sorry to hear that. :(

I love cats, and I have had one (or more) since I was 9.

I give my condolences, YesIExist.

I live a lonely life. However, I had a dog for several years, and I considered him to be one of my first best friends. He died rather suddenly from unknown causes (my guess is a venomous snake bite). That was the first time in my life I truly suffered grief. I still miss him even after all these years. I really do.

Well.... *sighs*

I will pray that you can overcome the grief. Losing a pet is a sad thing, I always wonder why God has made a pets life so short. I've lost alot of pets from hamsters to dogs to lizards (i miss my hmaster Brolly and m ylizard Gandalf :( )

I am not looking foward to putting our pet dog Newfoundland Shadow to sleep. She's like the only dog that truly loves everyone and is such a great dog. We are like this ::crosses fingers: were tight I doubt she will be alive by this time next year though which depresses me :(

::hugs Shadow for 15 minutes::

That really stinks, I'm sorry to hear it. Pets can be so special, and it hurts a great deal to lose one that you love. What was your cat's name?

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

Penny. She had a stroke on Monday. She could not even sit up. Could not walk, just lie there and look around, occasionally stretch her limbs.

At least I'm sure she didn't suffer. It's the worst part of my father's job, and hardest on everyone. :(

Aw, I had to have a kitten put to sleep once... I almost cried. :( The worst part, tho, was the reason it had to be put to sleep... it got torn up by a raccon. T_T
Anyway, I feel for you, I'll be praying.
