HER NAME IS DAPHNE AND SHE'S THE MOST ADORABLE THING TO EVER EXIST. I'm bringing her home next weekend. 8DD

She's a five week old (as of the date these pictures were taken) border collie/pomeranian mix. At least, that's what her mom is. I'm not sure what her dad is, but a lot of people are speculating Australian Shepherd. Either way, LOOK AT HER LOOK AT HOW CUTE SHE IS! I am the most excited. XDD

A border collie/pom mix? That is...quite a size difference. I hope the mother was the collie. Anyway yes, adorable puppy!

XD how cute! Maledicte was showing these pictures to me, and we both reacted to one picture it looked like you had taken a pic of her near a Tardis thing. (I think its the second one)
Upon closer look, it looks to be a laundry basket. but we were both like "That's so fitting!" XD

Man... I love dogs. If this is your first time raising one up you're in for one heck of an experience.

That's an adorable looking puppy. How big are you expecting it to get?

Me too! It's my second time, actually--my family and I lost our dog of 15 years (we got him when I was 7) this past March, but we've really missed the presence of another dog in our home, and we decided it was time for a new one!

I knoooww! Her mother is relatively medium sized, erring on the smaller side of "medium." She probably won't get much bigger--Border Collies are not very large dogs, and Pomeranians are quite small, so I think she'll be pretty easy to handle. XD I'm so excited to bring her home next weekend!

Will you be doing Puppy classes with her? They are a lot of fun and a good start for socialization/basic manners.

No, I don't think we're going to spend the money on that sort of program (though I think they probably have one at my local PetSmart), but we are getting a lot of good advice for training her that we didn't have 15 years ago when we trained Shadow. XD
