i couldn't narrow it down to just one >.< but here's a couple of my faves ^_^

Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Zephaniah 3:17 "The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing."

Jeremiah 31:3 "I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness."

*pokes sig* That one: Micah 4:5.

I'm more of a passage or book person -I'm not big on splitting the Bible up into verses and then taking them out of context, but...eh. I do like that bit in Zechariah 5, where a giant flying scroll goes into peoples' houses and wrecks them. And the first part of Hosea, and most of Amos and Ecclesiastes, especially Ecc. 3.

Mine's the one in my sig. I also like Jeremiah 29:11 and the Psalm where God's presence is compared to being held in your mother's arms. (I think it's Psalm 138) As for New Testament, I like the passage where Jesus helps the woman whose daughter is possessed. The one who isn't even of the same faith! She's practically on her knees begging for help, and He still helps her. Not even that, but he doesn't even have to go to her house (almost like the scene with the Centurion)!

Um, I like a lot of verses... So many that I can hardly even keep track, to be honest. Psalm 91 and Psalm 27 are two that always stick with me, though.
