Eastern Master Meets Western World

Or Kung_Fu_Master Goes to Texas. That works too.
Those I've told on the chat box thing should understand but everyone else I made this.
In the year of 2009 I graduated from my local high school and for the past year have been taking classes at a community college not far from it to get my basics to transfer to a higher area of ed. Threw all my hard work (99.999% being the grace of God) I have been fully accepted to The Arts Institute of Dallas where I will be Majoring in Media Arts and Animation. My plans are to get the best education I can get and reboot the art of western animation from shorts into series (no not anime. This is not Japan. I'm willing to call these cartoons but closer to how Avatar: The Last Airbender did) making friends along the way and, if I can, bring it back to the Heart of Dixie where I grew up and set up base for world domination.
By about now some are asking "Good for you but why are you telling us?" Well the drive is four to five (depending on the road) states wide and a 14 to 15 hours path. Though my sister does live near there this will be the longest I've been away from anyone I know (longest before now was two months where here it will be almost three years and if I get a career here even longer) and I'm just wondering if anyone else from CAA lives in or around this area. This also a send off for me to the buddies I know here namely Ridley, his sister Chosen, and my high school friend Derek. Its been nice knowing you and I hope to see you again in this life sooner or later.
Now that that's over, Who else here leaves in the lone star state?
