Okay... I finally got ahold of the IOSYS CD 'Touhou Moon Lantern'. I was listening to it, and this one song struck me as.... something I'd heard before.

Now, there's a more obscure reference here... it's Yuyuko Saigyouji's theme from Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom. [LINK] (Which, to increase my nerd points, is a game that I own and play regularly.)
