Instead we're talking about what is a joke and what is not.
At any rate, do cut the distasteful jokes (this applies to more people than Ingemar). If all you can say is something discouraging, don't say anything at all, fools!

Usually, when I go into the chat, I'll see my entrance and then quit messages from everyone or almost everyone in the chat. (Maybe it's not showing their quit messages until there's somebody to see them? I dunno, but it's kind of spooky how consistent it is.)
