I wonder how bored (or drunk?) any one person would have to be to sit down and think "Let's take this bar stool and put wheels, a motor, and steering wheel on it, then drive it around after drinking some beer!". XD

It's not that amazing...

But the motorised bar stool is rather amazing... It does need a lower centre of gravity though.
