There's a snow day here too... It's blowing snow and -22 Celsius outdoors... In Fahrenheit that'll be -7.
Terrible day outdoors.
My window is even froze up.

Grrr, it snowed majorly here last week for three days straight and all we got was a delay every time!!! Cureses upon my school...

Not really, but thats kind of annoying... not that you got a snow day, but that you got one and we didn't when we should have, for the staff, faculty, and commuters sake if nothing else!! ugh... Ok, I'm done

56 right now, high of 60.

Yay heatwave!

Also, my college has rarely closed for snow. It has to be really bad to cancel an entire day of classes.

...I miss Snow Days...

(Well... the snow was over three feet in places because of the wind and... well... well pictures are worth a thousand words)

IMAGE POSTING WOOHOOO!!!

Image
So... that's my bike... my primary form of transportation... and you can't see it... but there is a foot and a half long icicle growing off the back wheel. Woe is I.

Image
SNOW!

Image
Icicles of DEATH! (These things fall off the third story roofs of various NAU buildings... ye have been warned!)

Image
MORE SNOW!!!

Image
I can see why they canceled class... getting inside might be a tad bit difficult!

Image
Its days like today when this statue feels particular need for his axe... he would like grind it with a certain sculptor who was brilliant enough to sculpt him without a shirt.

YAY! @_@ These guys are smart and I enjoy talking to them and in front of other people just to wierd them out... what they don't get, is that it creeps the crows out even more and they often fly away even though they're two stories above me. They don't like humans having discussions with them... although some will talk back... But I don't know what they're saying, and they probably feel the same about me.

O.O SNOW!! that's a reason for cancellation if ever I saw one! We didn't have that much snow last week, but considering we don't get that much snow that often, it was enough for us in our area.

I'm glad its warmer hear now, though. 60+ degrees outside today, a nice breeze, and I wore short sleeves and flip-flops (no jacket, either!). Ah, makes me long for spring... unfortunately, theres probably a cold snap or two between me and spring yet. *sigh*

It's been relatively warm over here as of late, but I'm sure that will change once the warm front passes. Then, it'll be more snow @___@

It snowed in my part of AZ too, Pascal. I got woken up to siblings screaming at me that it snowed. XD

Rain feels sad because it doesn't get this kind of commotion... People don't even save money for it any more (save money for a rainy day).

Wow, that's pretty funny. Did you have as much as we had?

Save money for a rainy day? I can't even save money for a clear day! College takes all my money, otherwise, I would save it >.>

I decided to put up pictures too ^_^
We're equally brutal Pascal.

Except we HAVEN'T EVEN HAD ONE SNOW DAY THIS YEAR.
AND IT'S SUPPOSED TO KEEP GETTING COLDER!
I MEAN, IT WAS LIKE, -30 YESTERDAY. WHAT THE FLIP.

I hate this weather.
Good for skiing though.

I just want a snow day Q_Q

Hahaha, that's snow on a mild level. I remember when I recently visited England. They shut down EVERYTHING at the sight of a single speck of snow. Like..... Schools where there was not any snow was shut down as well.

That is a bad snow day over here, but it has been even worse than that in the past. When I was younger school did not close on what some people here would count as a blizzard. We had to walk through the snow, which some time could go up as far as the waistline in a suit which was designed for weather like that.

...snow....I hate snow. ok. I like it...I just hate living in it. We had record snow fall here. We had to rescue horses in knee deep snow, it was....fun. =_= I can hardly wait for spring...

HA HA!!! It's not even close to that out here! Flagstaff just has an epically tall beautiful mountain that saps up the whole states moisture and drops it on us like its wringing out a big cloudy wet rag! \ @_@ \ \ \ (Rain/Snow Face)

The coldest it gets around here is in the teens and it sometimes snows when its close to 40 out at times (or at least it feels that way).

NOTE FOR JM:

Oh and JM. That picture pwns. We are not worth of a snow day, we are not worthy!

EPIC PICTURE! The only way I'd feel safe driving through that is if I was in a Nod Flame tank! O_o

Crap! That's a lot of snow! I haven't seen that much snow in years (actually, ever for that matter)! I'm kinda glad we don't get much snow here... at least not that much. ugh!
