I'm becoming all kinds of confused with the scales being used. I think that article is just flat out wrong with its analogies.

EDIT: *Rereads* OH... well that's a bad way to start an article. If your title denotes coconuts, don't begin by talking about golf balls, Daily Mail.

Well, since a kidney stone has no husk, I don't believe a swallow could carry it.
