Mobility Robots - Tokyo Loves Gundams

A fascinating article about developments in the field of robotics to aid those whose movements are impaired. The article covers everything from new wheelchairs to combat medicine. It's worth a read for its own sake, but what really gets me is, just how much some of those design teams seem to like mecha.

Those are pure awesome. That last one...wow. It does look like a mech. I half expected it to start shooting lasers. XD
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
