Can an admin please approve the account "Kintaro"? He's been waiting for about 24 hours.

His account appears to have been registered as under 13, in which case he cannot be a member due to COPPA. However, if his given birthdate is accurate this must be a glitch, so I have approved the account.
Mith, think we have a glitch in the system?

I'm 15... also, it never sent me a confirmation email, I just got on and realized I've been approved.
