Sadly, this kind of news isn't so shocking... I've seen some pretty weird stuff. I'm still scarred from the time I saw a naked guy running from a police officer at this park. He got on top of a jungle gym and started yelling about being the "king of all smurfs". I'm not kidding.

I think that was his way of sexually assaulting her. I'd consider it rape to some extent.
