Schooling in Japan?

Hey, this is just merely something I'm curious about at the moment, but does anyone here currently (or plan to soon) attend school in Japan for either a manga artist or an animator? Or have more information on these? Just curious.
See I've been working my butt off and saving my pennies for the last year for school. I've been bouncing between animator or something in live action film (directing). I've grown a little... I dunno... can't think of the word... but I don't feel motivated enough to go into directing cause just looking in that direction feels hopeless. Which is why I love animation... you can let you're imagination fly and create anything you want that you can't in live action cause of budgets and all that. But for some reason I've never been very motivated to go that direction either but they are the only two areas I see me doing. I have an extremely strong interest in both but don't really see a future in either.
I was throwing out ideas on what I could do... Seminary or something like that cause I am interested in really studying the Bible and stuff but I really don't know what I'd do with that education... I'm not pastor material or anything like that at all.
Anyway, I'm fascinated with both Japanese and Chinese culture... I love anime and mangas mostly for the art/visuals and how imaginative a lot of the stories are. I love all kinds of Asian food... Asian women are the hottest I'd love to learn Japanese (thats something I'm getting into now actually). I'm fairly decent and quick with drawing anime/manga style art... could be a lot better if I motivated myself and drew more often. Kinda didn't see the point in drawing so I haven't really drawn anything much lately ANYWAY... I jokingly thought "just move to Japan and animate there" But after thinking about it I figured there is really no reason why I couldn't do this. Save up some more, really start drawing again... Learn japanese. It sounds like it could be insanely fun and exciting...
(There is the fact I'm american but they have Japanese artist working on american cartoons I'm sure )
I dunno just something I'm curious about. Nothing real serious but it's nice to get excited about a new possibility every once in a while.
